AI Implementation
Reality Report
2026
A study of how Central Asian companies implement AI in real business processes: what they automate, what impact they achieve, and what challenges they face.
Participation is voluntary. Responses are used only in anonymized and aggregated form.
The real picture of AI implementation: from initial experiments to business process automation
The research focuses not on the fact of AI usage itself, but on its real impact on the company: processes, results, challenges, and future automation plans.
AI Implementation Stage
Where the company stands: from no AI use and isolated experiments to process automation and solutions embedded in the business model.
Where AI Is Applied
Which areas already use AI: marketing, sales, customer support, HR, finance, operations, IT, analytics, or management.
Tools and Implementation
Which AI solutions companies use: chat tools, AI-powered CRM, no-code automation, internal bots, SaaS services, or custom integrations.
Results and Limitations
What AI has already changed in the company: where it has delivered an impact, what became faster or easier, and where implementation remains unstable.
Automation Plans
Which processes companies want to automate next: requests, customer responses, sales, documents, reports, marketing, HR, or analytics.
How the Research Works
The research is built around a short survey for Central Asian companies. Its purpose is to collect comparable data across countries, industries, and stages of AI implementation, and to understand real examples of AI use in business processes.
Full Methodology arrow_outwardWhom we survey
Owners, executives, and specialists who understand how the company's internal processes work: sales, marketing, customer service, IT, operations, finance, HR, or analytics.
How we collect data
Participants answer short questions and describe in their own words how AI is used in their company. This allows us to collect not only statistics, but also real implementation examples.
How we analyze
Responses are grouped by country, business sector, company size, and stage of AI implementation. This reveals differences between markets, industries, and levels of AI maturity.
The research is not a census of all companies in the region. It reflects participant responses and presents a practical picture of AI implementation in Central Asian business.
Central Asia
The research covers companies from five countries in the region and helps reveal how AI implementation differs across markets, industries, and business sizes.
What Research Participants Receive
Participants will receive a concise market snapshot: what stage companies have reached in AI implementation, where it is already used, which tools are applied, and what most often prevents the move from experiments to process automation.
